Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for updating a clinical diagnostic term set and a system therefor, wherein the clinical diagnostic term set comprises a plurality of pieces of term-set basic information based on the hierarchical structure of a term set and stored according to a certain mapping relationship; the updating method comprises the following steps: obtaining clinical diagnostic information; when the obtained clinical diagnostic information is new clinical diagnostic information, determining within the clinical diagnostic information the distribution locations of each item of term-set basic information in the hierarchical structure of the term set; establishing a mapping relationship between each piece of term set basic information on the basis of the determined distribution location; updating each piece of term set basic information that is within the clinical diagnostic information into the clinical diagnostic term set according to the distribution location of each piece of term-set basic information in the hierarchical structure of a term set and the mapping relationship between each piece of term set basic information. In the present invention, maintaining clinical diagnostic term sets is easy, and updates and operations are convenient, which is beneficial in matching the clinical diagnostic term sets with actual diagnostic conditions and user requirements.
