METHOD FOR UPDATING ELECTRONIC PURSE MONEY SUM DATA IN ELECTRONIC MONEY TRANSACTION SYSTEM

A method for updating the money sum data recorded in an electronic purse in an electronic money transaction system. It is possible to update the money sum data in the electronic purse even when a user’s electronic purse is not connected by online to a banking establishment or an electronic money company. According to a reservation date, reservation method, and reservation sum set by the user, the banking establishment reserves a predetermined sum from the user’s account. According to the reservation execution list created according to the reservation result, the electronic purse money sum data is updated in the transaction terminal. The reservation is executed when the deposit balance exceeds the sum necessary for reservation. Moreover, by setting the loan function, it is also possible to increase the electronic purse money sum data without getting approval by online from the banking establishment or the electronic money company when the deposit balance is insufficient for executing the reservation.
