Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a method for use in preparing a modified nano insulation building material and an application thereof, the method comprising: ball milling fly ash, kaolin and sepiolite to form powder; calcining; adding a modified carboxyl polyester resin and an ultrasonically treated mixture of polycarbodiimide, polyurethane and nanometer barium phosphate to jointly undergo a heating reaction; carrying out a series of specific processes, such as mixing, vulcanization, hot pressing and the like, to form a finished building material. The prepared building material has good heat preservation efficiency, strong antiseismic properties, good flame retardant efficiency and good application prospects. In addition, further provided is an application of the building material which is prepared by means of the preparation method in building wall materials.
