Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for using an integrated perpendicularity adjustment device for a prefabricated wall panel. A perpendicularity adjustment device comprises an adjustable diagonal bracing steel tube (1), an automatic perpendicularity adjustment device (2), a self-adaptive perpendicularity measurement device (3) and a support frame (4), wherein the self-adaptive perpendicularity measurement device (3) comprises a frame body (3a), a frame body rotating shaft (3b) and an overall balancing weight (3c); the frame body (3a) is suspended on the support frame (4) by means of the frame body rotating shaft (3b); the overall balancing weight (3c) is disposed at the lower portion of the frame body (3a); the frame body (3a) is internally provided with a suspension plate (3d), a suspension plate rotating shaft (3e) and a suspension plate balancing weight (3f); and a face plate of the suspension plate (3d) is provided with a first distance measurement sensor (3g) in a horizontal direction and a second distance measurement sensor (3h) in an oblique direction. The steps for using same are as follows: mounting rear embedded members in the ground and a prefabricated wall panel, and hoisting the prefabricated wall panel to pre-dispose same in place; connecting two ends of the adjustable diagonal bracing steel tube (1) to the rear embedded parts; movably mounting the self-adaptive perpendicularity measurement device (3) on the support frame (4); allowing the self-adaptive perpendicularity measurement device (3) to adjust the state thereof under the action of gravity, and after same is stable, the first distance measurement sensor (3g) and the second distance measurement sensor (3h) emitting measurement rays to the prefabricated wall panel; determining whether the prefabricated wall panel is perpendicular according to a measured distance; and adjusting the length of the adjustable diagonal bracing steel tube (1) by means of the automatic perpendicularity adjustment device (2). By means of the method for using a perpendicularity adjustment device, automatic measurement and automatic perpendicularity adjustment can be achieved.
