Abstract:
[Problem] To improve permeability of skin external agents such as cosmetics into the skin. [Solution] When applying, to the skin, a skin external agent that contains a specific component to be applied to the skin of a right hand (1R), for example, liquid containing ultrafine bubbles is applied to a site of the skin to which the skin external agent is to be applied. The liquid is applied, for example, by spraying spray liquid from an aerosol container (10) having a spray button (11) with a flow rate adjusting mechanism before applying the skin external agent to the skin.
