Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for waterproof-constructing the vicinity of a rainwater drain using an infiltration water guide pipe, and the infiltration water guide pipe for waterproof-constructing the vicinity of a rainwater pipe, wherein it is possible to fully drain, through a rainwater pipe, rainwater and infiltrated water which infiltrate into the vicinity of a rainwater drain pipe and a rainwater drain for draining rainwater introduced to a rooftop under the ground and which remain on the floor of the rooftop without being drained for a lengthy period of time, thereby enabling at least the floor of the rooftop to be maintained in a perfect waterproof condition. The method for waterproof-constructing the vicinity of a rainwater drain using an infiltration water guide pipe comprises: a first cutting step (S100) for cutting a rooftop floor layer (10) so as to form a construction part (30) for waterproof-constructing the vicinity of a rainwater drain (20); a second cutting step (S200) for cutting the rooftop floor layer (10) so as to form one or more connection passages (50) for connecting a rainwater-remaining region (40) and the rainwater drain (20) such that rainwater remaining in the rainwater-remaining region (40) in which rainwater is habitually collected can be inducibly drained through the rainwater drain (20); a subsidiary rooftop floor material removal step (S300) for removing subsidiary rooftop floor materials, such as polystyrene (3), a wire mesh (4), a foreign substance prevention cover (7), and a finishing material (5) which are sequentially stacked in an upper direction on a waterproof sheet (2) in the construction part (30) of the rooftop floor layer and the connection passages (50) formed by the first and second cutting steps; a waterproof solution injection step (S400) for injecting a waterproof solution (60) into a gap (80) between the waterproof sheet (2) and the construction part (30) of the rooftop floor layer and the connection passages (50) formed by the first and second cutting steps; a first waterproof sheet fixing step (S500) for spreading and fixing a waterproof sheet (100') after injecting the waterproof solution; an infiltration water guide pipe fixing step (S600) for inserting and fixing, to an upper end portion of a rainwater pipe (6), an infiltration water guide pipe (90) which induces rainwater remaining in the rainwater-remaining region (40) to be drained to the rainwater drain (20) through the connection passages (50); a clearance formation medium filling step (S700) for filling a clearance formation medium (70) in an upper surface of the waterproof sheet (2) of the construction part (30) of the rooftop floor layer and the connection passages (50) formed by the first and second cutting steps; a second waterproof sheet fixing step (S800) for spreading and fixing a waterproof sheet (100) in an upper direction of the clearance formation medium (70); a rooftop floor material construction step (S900) for sequentially constructing and placing the subsidiary rooftop floor materials, such as the polystyrene (3), the wire mesh (4), the foreign substance prevention cover (7), and the finishing material (5), in an upper direction of the waterproof sheet (100); and a rooftop surface organization step (S1000) for naturally drying a surface of the rooftop for a certain period of time after the construction step, and organizing the surface of the rooftop, wherein the infiltration water guide pipe (90) has a cylindrical pedestal shape, and on the inner side thereof, one or more guide pipes (93) are integrally formed on an outer surface of a body (91) having through holes (92).
