Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure are methods for indicating radio resource management (RRM) requirement enhancement and apparatuses therefor, which can be applied to the technical field of communications. A method executed by a terminal device comprises: receiving first indication information, which is sent by a network device and is used for indicating RRM requirement enhancement; and the terminal device then performing RRM requirement enhancement according to the first indication information, and executing RRM measurement according to the enhanced RRM requirement, so as to ensure timely completion of the RRM measurement, thereby improving the mobility performance of the terminal device.
