Abstract:
The present invention provides a DNA methylation molecular marker for detecting benign and malignant pulmonary nodules. The DNA methylation molecular marker comprises SEQ ID NO. 6 or a complete complementary sequence thereof, or a continuous fragment having at least 55% of the full length of SEQ ID NO. 6 or the complete complementary sequence thereof. The present invention further provides use of the described DNA methylation molecular marker, a corresponding detection kit, and a corresponding detection method.
