Abstract:
A micro-effluent device for exhaust gas treatment is a container only has an inlet
(1), wherein at least two commutation segments(2) are installed in turn from
the inlet, mixing gas cells (3) are installed between the segments for gas communication,
a through hole (24) is disposed on the commutation gas cell (23) of the first commutation
segments (2). When waste gas enters the segments (2) and ejects inwardly, it will
cause strong entrainment, the structure of the device will make the commutation
gas cell (23) form vacuum and inbreathe aerial oxygen from the through hole. The
gas of high pressure causes combustible gas components to combust intensely
in next gas cell, sends residual waste gas to next commutation segment. The waste
gas circulates in high speed and brings momentum exchange by the under pressure
of the gas cell.
