Abstract:
Disclosed are a micro-energy acquisition chip (01) and a control method therefor, and a micro-energy acquisition device. The method comprises: by means of a first energy storage component (02) to a third energy storage component (04), performing charging according to a first micro-energy voltage; a first switch component (011) turning off the connection between a power supply ground and a first signal ground according to a second control signal; a second field effect transistor (M2) making, according to a first control signal, the first signal ground communicate with a first voltage input terminal (P1.0) of a micro-energy acquisition chip (01); a third field effect transistor (M3) making, according to a third control signal, a first capacitor terminal (PC1) of the micro-energy acquisition chip (01) communicate with a first voltage output terminal (P2.0) of the micro-energy acquisition chip (01), so that the first energy storage component (02) to the third energy storage component (04) are sequentially connected in series so as to generate a first doubled voltage; a first radio frequency component (012) generating a first ground terminal voltage according to the first doubled voltage and outputting the first ground terminal voltage from a grounding terminal; and a sixth field effect transistor (M6) making, according to a fourth control signal, the first ground terminal voltage communicate with the power supply ground. The threshold for weak energy acquisition is lowered and the energy usage efficiency is improved.
