Abstract:
The present invention relates to a micro flow pump having an internal pumping structure, the pump comprising: a pumping chamber having a shape of which the vertical width is longer than the horizontal width; an inlet and an outlet respectively formed at both sides of the pumping chamber in the horizontal direction; a rotary bar provided so as to be capable of oscillating inside the pumping chamber and a magnetic field applying part for oscillating the rotary bar outside the pumping chamber by means of magnetic force, wherein the magnetic field applying part applies magnetic force to the rotary bar such that the rotational speed thereof in one direction is faster than the rotational speed in another direction during oscillation of the rotary bar. Therefore, the pumping structure is implemented only with a pumping chamber structure, the inner rotary bar, and the rotation of an outer magnet member, thereby being easily applicable to a lap-on-a-chip technology while being simple, being low cost, and ensuring reliability with a small size.
