Abstract:
The present invention provides a micro-fluid chip that can suppress contamination between branch flow paths, that has a relatively simple flow path structure, and with which miniaturization can be advanced. A micro-fluid chip 1 having a flow path structure 3 through which fluid is delivered, wherein the flow path structure 3 has: a main flow path 4 having an inflow port 5 and an outflow port 6; a plurality of branch flow paths 11 to 13 that are connected to the main flow path 4, for which the side connected to the main flow path 4 is the inflow end, and the end part of the side opposite to the inflow end is the outflow end; and a sub-branch flow path 14 that, of the plurality of branch flow paths 11 to 13, between at least one adjacent pair of branch flow paths 11, 12, is connected to the main flow path 4, wherein the side of the sub-branch flow path 14 connected to the main flow path 4 is the inflow end.
