Abstract:
A micro-forming apparatus (100) for observing an ultrasonic action in a comparative mode, comprising a forming mold (12), a thermally conductive base (22), a heating ring (40), and a pressure head (32). The forming mold (12) is provided with a molding chamber (10); the molding chamber (10) has an opening; a metal blank (20) is placed in the forming mold (12) and the opening is covered; the thermally conductive base (22) is located above the metal blank (20); the thermally conductive base (22) is provided with a material bin (224); the thermally conductive base (22) is further provided with a heating groove (116); the heating ring (40) is placed in the heating groove (116) and used for melting a flexible medium (30); a lower end of the pressure head (32) is located in the material bin (224), and exerts a downward force to the flexible medium (30). Also provided is a forming method using the micro-forming apparatus for observing an ultrasonic action in a comparative mode. The apparatus can implement micro-forming of a thinner metal blank, and after forming, the flexible medium and the micro-workpiece are easy to separate; a forming result of the present apparatus can be compared with a forming result in a case where an ultrasonic apparatus is added, so as to observe the effect generated by the ultrasound in a forming process.
