Abstract:
Disclosed is a micro-interface emulsification bed enhanced reaction system for the hydrogenation of coal tar, wherein the system comprises: an emulsification bed reactor (1), which acts as a reaction chamber in a coal tar hydrogenation reaction process; and a micro-interface generator, provided on the emulsification bed reactor (1), for crushing hydrogen gas into microbubbles with a micron-scale diameter in a pre-set manner in the micro-interface generator before a mixed liquid of the hydrogen gas and a coal tar enters the main body of the emulsification bed reactor (1) in the hydrogenation reaction process.
