Abstract:
A micro LED display panel, a display module and an LED display screen. The panel comprises: a plurality of lamp bodies (110) and an LED pixel lamp (10); each lamp body (110) comprises a light-emitting face (110a) and a pad face (110b), and a wiring layer (140) and a graphene thermoelectric conversion layer (82) are arranged below the lamp body (110); an LED chip (121) is electrically connected to a correspondingly arranged pin pad (130) by means of pins; and the wiring layer (140) is provided with a circuit (60), the circuit (60) is electrically connected to the pin pad (130), the wiring layer (140) is insulated from the graphene thermoelectric conversion layer (82), the graphene thermoelectric conversion layer (82) is electrically connected to a power supply device of the LED display screen by means of a thermoelectric conversion lead (600), and the graphene thermoelectric conversion layer (82) is used for absorbing heat dissipated by the circuit (60) and external heat absorbed by a micro LED panel (1), and converting the heat into electric energy. The micro LED display panel has the beneficial effects of realizing quicker heat dissipation of an LED display screen with an ultra-small dot pitch, better system stability and a longer service life, and better energy conservation and environmental protection.
