Abstract:
A micro lens array substrate (10) and a preparation method therefor, and a display device (100). The micro lens array substrate (10) comprises: a substrate (11), and a plurality of micro lens structures (12), which are arranged on one side of the substrate (11) in a first direction (A), wherein an end of each micro lens structure (12) in the first direction (A) is provided with a fixing portion (121), which is in contact with one side of the substrate (11); the first direction (A) is parallel to the substrate (11); and in the first direction (A), a gap between any two adjacent micro lens structures (12) is smaller than an initial gap (B), and the fixing portion (121) of the micro lens structure (12) at the front faces the subsequent micro lens structure (12) and is configured to maintain the shape thereof during a first thermal reflow treatment process. The fixing portion (121) can maintain the shape thereof and does not easily flow during the thermal reflow process, which is equivalent to the micro lens structure (12) having one end fixed and the opposite end in the first direction (A) not being fixed, such that the micro lens structures (12) can partially flow after heating, so as to reduce gaps between the micro lens structures (12), thereby achieving the preparation of the small-gap micro lens array substrate (10) at a low cost.
