Title:
MICRO-OBJECT COLLECTION METHOD AND MICRO-OBJECT COLLECTION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/218347
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A collection method for resin beads (R) includes steps 1–4. In the first step, a sample (S) is prepared upon a thin film (12) provided on an upper surface (US) of a substrate (11). In the second step, a laser light (L1) and a laser light (L2) are irradiated onto the thin film (12), separated from each other. In the third step, a microbubble (MB1) is generated at the irradiation position of the laser light (L1) and a microbubble (MB2) is generated at the irradiation position of the laser light (L2), by heating the sample (S) using irradiation from the laser lights (L1, L2). In the fourth step, a plurality of resin beads (R) are collected in a region between the microbubble (MB1) and the microbubble (MB2), as a result of generating sample (S) convection in a direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the microbubble (MB1) and the microbubble (MB2).
