Abstract:
A micro-orifice nozzle manufacturing apparatus, comprising a work surface (11), a drawing part (20) and a forging part (40), the drawing part (20) comprising a guide rail (211), a first grasper (22), a second grasper (23) and a first heater (26), the vertically extending guide rail (211) being fixed onto the work surface (11), the first grasper (22) and the second grasper (23) being fixed onto the guide rail (211) along a vertical direction, the first heater (26) being disposed between the first grasper (22) and the second grasper (23), the first heater (26) being connected to a two-dimensional moving unit (27), and the two-dimensional moving unit (27) being fixed onto a vertical post (21); the forging part (40) being disposed on the work surface (11), the forging part (40) comprising a third grasper (44), a three-dimensional moving unit and a second heater (47), the third grasper (44) being fixed onto the work surface (11) by means of the three-dimensional moving unit, and the second heater (47) being disposed on the work surface (11), opposite a grasping opening of the third grasper (44). The present micro-orifice nozzle manufacturing apparatus realizes adjustment of positions of two heaters, improving fineness of geometric structure of a nozzle product.
