Abstract:
Disclosed is a micro-perturbation cutting, stirring and grouting system, comprising a slurry reservoir, a grouting pump and a cutting, grouting and stirring assembly that are in communication by pipelines in sequence, wherein the cutting, grouting and stirring assembly comprises: a drill pipe, wherein the upper end of the drill pipe is connected to an output pipeline of the grouting pump by means of a flow deflector; a cutting and stirring drill bit connected to the lower end of the drill pipe; a stirring drill, comprising a machine body and a column connected to the machine body; and a power head slidably connected to the column of the stirring drill, wherein the power head is provided with a drill pipe holding device; and the flow deflector, the drill pipe and the cutting and stirring drill bit are all internally provided with spray channels in communication. The system is characterized in that: the drill pipe comprises an inner hexagonal connection end at the lower end, a drill pipe spray channel, a drill pipe shaft, and an outer hexagonal connection end at the upper end, wherein the inner hexagonal connection end at the lower end is connected to the cutting and stirring drill bit, the outer hexagonal connection end at the upper end is connected to the flow deflector, the drill pipe spray channel is in communication with the flow deflector by means of a pipeline, and the surface of the drill pipe shaft comprises at least two evenly arranged planes.
