Abstract:
Disclosed are a micro total analysis system, and operating method and manufacturing method therefor. The micro total analysis system comprises at least one micro total analysis unit. Each micro total analysis unit comprises: a microfluidics device, comprising a first electrode and a dielectric layer which are connected to each other, the dielectric layer being used for driving, on the basis of the voltage of the first electrode, a liquid droplet to be measured to move; a sound wave measurement device, comprising a second electrode connected to the dielectric layer, the dielectric layer also functioning as a transducer of the sound wave measurement device and being used for generating, on the basis of the voltage of the second electrode, a sound wave emitted toward the liquid droplet to be measured and for generating, on the basis of the received sound wave, a measurement result corresponding to said liquid droplet. The micro total analysis system, and operating method and manufacturing method therefor provided by the present invention can integrate a microfluidics device and a sound wave measurement device onto a same chip.
