Abstract:
A microbial growth curve determination apparatus, comprising: a housing (10), and an oscillation module (40), an illumination module (50) and a measurement module (60), which are arranged inside the housing (10), wherein the housing (10) is arranged on a detection table (20), and the oscillation module (40), the illumination module (50) and the measurement module (60) are all connected to a controller (30); the oscillation module (40) is used for oscillating under the control of the controller (30) and is provided with an oscillation frame (41), which is used for carrying microbial samples; the illumination module (50) is arranged below the oscillation module (40) and is used for providing illumination conditions for the microbial samples under the control of the controller (30); and the measurement module (60) is used for moving from one end of the oscillation module (40) to the other end of the oscillation module (40) under the control of the controller (30), and performing growth curve detection on the microbial samples that are carried on the oscillation frame (41) and that the measurement module (60) passes through along the way. The apparatus can provide an illumination growth environment for a microorganism, and has a high degree of automation and a low degree of manual participation, thereby greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of growth curve determination.
