Abstract:
Provided is a technique whereby a high accuracy microbial test can be easily carried out. The microbial test kit according to the present disclosure is characterized by comprising: a sealed reaction container which comprises a first syringe enabling the collection of a specimen and provided with a first syringe needle, a second syringe housing an ATP extraction reagent and provided with a second syringe needle, a first opening, a first sealing member fitted into the first opening, a nozzle, a nozzle cap covering the nozzle, and a filter disposed so as to partition between the first opening and the nozzle; a vacuum-sealed waste liquid container which comprises a second opening and a second sealing member fitted into the second opening; and a vacuum-sealed luminescence measurement container which comprises a third opening and a third sealing member fitted into the third opening and houses a luminescence reagent capable of emitting light in the presence of ATP.
