Abstract:
The present invention relates to a microchannel heat exchanger structure having a nozzle and a working method, comprising a first heat-exchanging part, a second heat-exchanging part, and at least one nozzle part arranged between the first heat-exchanging part and the second heat-exchanging part. A high-pressure heat-exchanging flow channel is provided in the first heat-exchanging part. A first microrib array is provided in the high-pressure heat-exchanging flow channel. A low-pressure heat-exchanging flow channel is provided in the second heat-exchanging part. The high-pressure heat-exchanging flow channel and the low-pressure heat-exchanging flow channel are in communication with at least one nozzle provided in the nozzle part. The heat exchanger structure of the present invention provides great heat-exchanging effects and achieves an improved heat-exchanging heat flux density.
