Abstract:
Provided is a microdrape that makes attachment thereof to an operating microscope easier. This microdrape comprises a lens cap that is attached to or detached from a housing of an objective lens of an operating microscope, a protective lens that protects the objective lens, and a drape body that covers the operating microscope. The lens cap is a circular cylinder having an open portion in the circumferential direction, and a cross-section thereof perpendicular to the optical axis of the objective lens has an arc shape. The microdrape also comprises a protective lens holder that is a circular cylinder having an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the lens cap in a natural state and holds the protective lens, and a joint that supports the protective lens holder so that the protective lens holder is rotatable with respect to the lens cap around a rotational axis perpendicular to the optical axis. The protective lens holder rotates to an attachment/detachment position for elastically expanding the lens cap in diameter by moving to the inside of the lens cap, and to a use position for contracting the lens cap in diameter and tilting the protective lens with respect to the optical axis by moving out of the lens cap in a direction away from the objective lens.
