Abstract:
Provided is a microfluidic chip capable of IoT-based on-site diagnosis. One embodiment of the present invention provides a microfluidic chip for diagnosis, the microfluidic chip comprising: a dissolution chamber (100) in which a sample is injected and then dissolved; a mixing chamber (200) in which the solution is received from the dissolution chamber (100) and then mixed with a polymerase; and reaction chambers (300) in which the solution is received from the mixing chamber (200) and then mixed with a primer, and then undergoes an amplification reaction, wherein there are at least two of the reaction chambers (300), and the amplification reaction of the solution received from the mixing chamber (200) proceeds in isolation in each of the reaction chambers (300).
