Abstract:
A microfluidic chip experimental platform having visualization and infrared thermal imaging functions, the experimental platform comprising a monocrystalline silicon-glass microfluidic chip (1), a pressure-resistant clamp (2), a cold-hot stage (3), a phase contrast microscope (4), a thermal imager (5), and a fixing support (6). The monocrystalline silicon-glass microfluidic chip (1) is connected to the pressure-resistant clamp (2), the pressure-resistant clamp (2) is fixed to the cold-hot stage (3), and the cold-hot stage (3) is connected to the fixing support (6). The phase contrast microscope (4) is fixed directly above the monocrystalline silicon-glass microfluidic chip (1) by means of the fixing support (6). The thermal imager is fixed directly below the cold-hot stage (3) by means of the fixing support (6). The imaging paths of the phase contrast microscope (4), the monocrystalline silicon-glass microfluidic chip (1), and the thermal imager (5) are maintained on the same vertical line. By using the physical characteristics of glass and monocrystalline silicon, visible light and heat distribution are "dual visible" at the same time, and the microfluidic chip (1) formed by bonding glass and a silicon wafer has higher pressure-resistant strength and a better temperature control effect than a chip made of a conventional material, such as glass, polydimethylsiloxane, and polymethylmethacrylate.
