Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a microfluidic chip. The microfluidic chip comprises a chip substrate and a cover plate, the chip substrate comprising an electrode base, an electrode substrate, a dielectric layer, a light-emitting layer and a hydrophobic layer, wherein the electrode substrate is composed of a large-area electrode and a plurality of small-area electrode units embedded into the large-area electrode, and each electrode unit comprises a substrate, a port, an electrode assembly and an electrode lead. The microfluidic chip of the present invention has certain application prospects with respect to medicine, chemistry and biology, such as base sequence recognition, chemical reaction monitoring and so on.
