Abstract:
A microfluidic detection system (1) for a refrigerator (100), and the refrigerator (100). The microfluidic detection system (1) comprises: a microfluidic biochip (10), provided with a sample inlet (111), an air suction port (112), and a detection cell (121) formed inside the microfluidic biochip (10), the sample inlet (111), the detection cell (121), and the air suction port (112) being successively communicated by means of a micro-channel (14); a weighing platform (31), fixedly arranged on a support frame (33) and configured to measure the weight of a sample contained in a sample cup (2) placed thereon; a buffer solution driving device (84), configured to deliver a preset amount of buffer solution matching the weight of the sample to the sample cup (2), so that the buffer solution is mixed with the sample in the sample cup (2) to generate a sample solution; a bracket (32), configured to controllably or operably move to drive the sample cup (2) to move to a highest position allowing the sample solution in the sample cup (2) to be in contact with the sample inlet (111) of the microfluidic biochip (10); and a detection mechanism (20), configured to detect the detection cell (121) to obtain a preset detection parameter of the sample solution entering the detection cell (121) by means of the sample inlet (111). The detection accuracy is high.
