Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a microfluidic device for biological tissue stimulation, wherein fluid flow inside a channel can be easily controlled; and a cell culture method using same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a microfluidic device for biological tissue stimulation and a cell culture method using same, wherein fluid flow inside a channel can be easily controlled by means of a slope, and accordingly, fluids containing necessary nutrients are independently supplied to cells present on the outside and inside of the tissue by means of the slope of the device without the need for a separate pump, thus making it possible to culture and observe each of the cells without separating same.
