Abstract:
The present application provides a MicroLED display panel, comprising a first substrate, a second substrate, a driver circuit, a MicroLED chip, and a MicroLED quantum dot light-emitting array. By providing grooves on the MicroLED chip and then filling the grooves with quantum dots, the thickness of the quantum dot layer is effectively increased, the integrity of the structure in the form of grooves can also be maintained while improving the light efficiency, and light emitted by the MicroLED can be effectively absorbed, thereby eliminating a color filter layer, and reducing costs.
