Abstract:
The present invention relates to a microneedle containing a peptide-based drug and a microneedle formulation composition for manufacturing same and, in particular, comprises: a biodegradable polymer; a peptide-based drug; oil; a stabilizer; an antioxidant; and a surfactant. According to the present invention, the microneedle containing a peptide-based drug can be manufactured into a sophisticated shape capable of penetrating the inside of a subject. Accordingly, it is possible to rapidly provide a peptide-based drug, and problems such as skin irritation, which occur in the transdermal delivery of an active ingredient, can be solved.
