Abstract:
Provided is a microneedle mold filling apparatus, comprising a microneedle forming mold (1), a pressing plate (2), and a liquid storage cavity (3). The microneedle forming mold (1) comprises a supporting plate (11) and a plurality of microneedle forming regions (12) embedded in the supporting plate (11). Each of the microneedle forming regions (12) is made of a breathable material. A plurality of microneedle cavities (121) for injecting a microneedle forming liquid are formed on the top surfaces of the microneedle forming regions (12). The liquid storage cavity (3) is formed above the pressing plate (2). A plurality of injection grooves (21) with openings in the bottoms are formed in the positions of the bottom surface of the pressing plate (2) corresponding to the plurality of microneedle forming regions (12). The bottom openings of the injection grooves (21) are closed by the microneedle forming regions (12). The liquid storage cavity (3) is in communication with the plurality of injection grooves (21). The tops of the injection grooves (21) are provided with an air outlet channel (23) communicating with the top surface of the pressing plate (2). The air outlet channel (23) is provided with a liquid-proof breathable film (24) for closing. The microneedle mold filling apparatus is suitable for a microneedle forming liquid with low viscosity, thereby reducing the waste of the microneedle forming liquid, and also reducing the pollution risk.
