Abstract:
A microorganism culturing device according to the present invention is provided with: a culturing tank that houses a liquid culture containing a microorganism; a spraying part provided in the culturing tank; and a gas releasing pipe for supplying a gas phase component to the liquid culture. The spraying part is provided with: one rotational shaft disposed along the vertical direction; and at least one liquid flowing member mounted to the rotational shaft. The liquid flowing member is provided with: a discharging part located above the liquid level of the liquid culture; a liquid absorbing part located below the liquid level of the liquid culture; and a flow path which extends between the discharging part and the liquid absorbing part and through which the liquid culture flows.
