Title:
MICROORGANISM-IMMOBILIZED CARRIER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/117242
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a microorganism-immobilized carrier to which a microorganism can easily adhere, and which enables reduction in the manufacturing cost of the microorganism-immobilized carrier and in the running cost of a device using the microorganism-immobilized carrier. [Solution] This microorganism-immobilized carrier is characterized by containing a carbon component and a resin, has a zeta potential of -25 to 0 mV, and has microorganisms adhered to the surface and/or the interior thereof. The microorganisms are preferably nitrifying bacteria. The carbon component preferably has a particle size of 1-1000 μm.
