Abstract:
A microparticle separation and washing device according to one embodiment may comprise: a microchannel; an injection unit which is located at one end of the microchannel and to which a sample containing target microparticles and a viscoelastic fluid are supplied; a discharge unit which is located at the opposite end of the microchannel and through which the target microparticles and the sample are separated and discharged; and a separation unit located in the microchannel so as to separate the target microparticles from the sample, wherein the separation unit may separate the target microparticles from the sample and move same to the center of the microchannel.
