Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a microporous stretched film having high puncture strength and the like. The method comprises: a first step wherein cellulose nanofibers and a polyolefin resin are melt-kneaded, so that the nanofibers are dispersed in the resin; a second step wherein the water content is removed from the kneaded material obtained in the first step; a third step wherein a plasticizer is mixed and melt-kneaded with the nanofibers and the resin, so that a polyolefin resin composition is obtained; a fourth step wherein the polyolefin resin composition is extrusion molded; a fifth step wherein the extrusion molded body obtained in the fourth step is stretched and formed into a film; and a sixth step wherein the plasticizer is extracted from the film.
