Disclosed in the present invention are a microscopic image sharing method and a microscope system. The microscopic image sharing method comprises: on the basis of a trigger operation for selecting an image on a microscope, determining a target image to be shared; on the basis of a trigger operation for confirming sharing, a microscope system sending said target image to a server, which is connected to the microscope system; and receiving and displaying a first information code, which is returned by the server, wherein the first information code is generated by the server according to the address of a pre-configured shared space, and the first information code is configured to trigger, when a terminal reads the first information code, a built-in browser of the terminal to skip to the shared space, so as to check said target image, which is sent to the shared space by the server. In the present invention, a microscopic image on a microscope can be shared and checked on a terminal without needing the help of a removable storage medium such as a USB flash disk, and it is not necessary to install, on the terminal, an application program dedicated to image sharing, such that the operation is convenient.
