Abstract:
Provided is a microscopic roughness structure with a protective film, in which the protective film is affixed to the microscopic roughness structure having on the surface thereof a structure of microscopic irregularities. The water contact angle of the surface of the microscopic roughness structure is equal to or less than 40° and the compressive stress of the adhesive layer of the protective film when compressed in the thickness direction to a 20% compression rate is from 0.6-3.0 MPa. Further, in the infrared absorption spectrum of the microscopic roughness structure side surface of the microscopic roughness structure, the ratio (A1/A2) of peak area A1 that has an absorption maximum in a region of 3700-3100 cm-1 and peak area A2 that has an absorption maximum in a region of 1730 ±10 cm-1 is 0.1-0.8; and the ratio (B1/B2) of peak area B1 that has an absorption maximum in a region of 3700-3100 cm-1 and peak area B2 that has an absorption maximum in a region of 1730 ±10 cm-1 in the surface of the adhesive layer of the protective film is 0.6-1.3.
