Abstract:
The present invention discloses a microspherical catalyst synthesis method, which relates to the field of catalysts. The microspherical catalyst synthesis method comprises: (1) preparing a metal salt solution having a concentration of 1 to 2 mol/L, an alkaline solution having a concentration of 3.5 mol/L, and an ammonia solution having a concentration of 5 mol/L; (2) using water as a base liquid, stirring and heating, and introducing nitrogen; then adding the alkaline solution to adjust the pH value to 10.2; then adding the alkaline solution, the ammonia solution and the metal salt solution dropwise, and continuing to react after the dropwise addition is finished; and after the reaction is completed, washing, drying, roasting, ball milling and sieving to obtain the microspherical catalyst. The chemical formula of the micro-spherical catalyst is CoMn a(Mo bV c)(Al dMg e), where: a is 0.1 to 1, b is 0.05 to 0.2, c is 0.05 to 0.2, and b+c is 0.05 to 0.2; and d is 3.3 to 5.6, e is 0.2 to 0.5, and d+e is 3.5 to 5.6. The microspherical catalyst disclosed by the present invention has high structural strength, and can be used for preparing carbon nanotube aggregates with high bulk density and high yield.
