Abstract:
A microwave generation system (1000) for a cooking appliance (1), and the cooking appliance (1). The microwave generation system (1000) comprises: a waveguide box (10), the waveguide box (10) defining a first chamber (4031) and a second chamber (4032) in communication with each other, the first chamber (4031) being located above the second chamber (4032), and the size of the first chamber (4031) in a horizontal direction being less than that of the second chamber (4032) in the horizontal direction; a magnetron (420), the magnetron (420) being mounted on a side wall of the first chamber (4031) to transmit microwaves into the first chamber (4031); and a microwave stirring assembly (30), the microwave stirring assembly (30) being mounted on a top wall of the second chamber (4032) and comprising a stirring member (440) for reflecting microwaves.
