Title:
MICROWAVE HARMONIC PROCESSING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/033962
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A microwave harmonic processing circuit comprises: an n-1 number of parallel open stubs (T21 to T26), of differing lengths, which are connected in parallel at one point with the output terminal of a series transmission line (T11) which has an input terminal connected to the output terminal of a transistor and a predetermined electrical length, the stubs respectively having the predetermined electrical length with respect to second order to nth order (where n is any integer) harmonics; a first strip conductor (7) which is formed by connecting the series transmission line and two parallel open stubs (T25, T26) among the n-1 number of parallel open stubs at one connection point; a second strip conductor (3) which is formed by connecting an n-3 number of parallel open stubs (T21, T22, T34, T24) at one connection point; a ground layer (5) disposed between the first strip conductor and second strip conductor; and a via (10) which electrically connects the connection part (20) of the first strip conductor to the connection part (22) of the second strip conductor.
