A milk mixing apparatus capable of implementing bidirectional reciprocating stirring, comprising a cylinder (1). A top support plate (5) is provided above the cylinder (1). A vertical shaft (6) and a fixing shaft (7) are mounted on the top support plate (5). A first connecting sleeve (8) and a second connecting sleeve (9) are fitted over the fixing shaft (7). A driven gear (10) is fixed on the first connecting sleeve (8). A rack (11) is meshed with the driven gear (10). The top support plate (5) is further provided with a drive mechanism (17). First stirring blades (24) are provided on the first connecting sleeve (8). A first bevel gear (25) is connected to the lower end of the first connecting sleeve (8). A second bevel gear (26) is provided below the first bevel gear (25). A transverse shaft (27) is fixed perpendicularly to the fixing shaft (7). Third bevel gears (28) are provided on the transverse shaft (27). Second stirring blades (31) are provided on the second connecting sleeve (9). The mixing apparatus can implement bidirectional reciprocating changeover stirring, thus achieving a good stirring effect, improving the stirring efficiency, and reducing the stirring time.
