Abstract:
The invention relates to the developments made for easy installation and easy product flow control in the roller hopper forming the product entry part of the mill rollers used in grain grinding systems. The main body of the developed roller hopper is manufactured preferably from cast material, allowing easy installation with bolts and has a luminous indicator positioned on it to be visible from all angles and remotely around the roller.

Claims:
CLAIMS It is the mill roller hopper, which is the subject of the invention, developed for easy assembly of the mill roller hopper used for grinding the grain on the roller body and to make the information about the operating status of the roller easily accessible during use, and is characterized by containing monolithic lower body (1), monolithic inspection glass (2), body profile manufactured in hollow structure (3), monolithic upper body (4), monolithic lighting fixture (5) connected over the upper body (4), Cover plate (6) that allows the upper part of the hopper to be covered and parts and sections of hopper separator (7), which allows the inner part of the hopper to be divided into two separate sections. It is a mill roller hopper that provides ease of installation and control as per Claim 1 , and it is characterized by the said lower body (1) being a monolithic part manufactured preferably from cast material, including connection holes that allow it to be bolted assembled to the roller body. It is a mill roller hopper that provides ease of installation and control as per Claim 1 , and it is characterized by the said lower body (1) containing at least one profile slot, where the body profile (3) can be positioned for connection. It is a mill roller hopper that provides ease of installation and control as per Claim 1 , and it is characterized by the said monolithic control glass (2) being a piece that is connected over the hopper, having corner turns between the lower body (1) and the upper body (4) and between the two body profiles (3). It is a mill roller nose that provides ease of installation and control as per Claim 1 , and it is characterized by the said body profile (3) being the part manufactured in a hollow structure and connected between the lower body (1 ) and the upper body (4).

6. It is a mill roller nose that provides ease of installation and control as per Claim 1 , and it is characterized by the said body profile (3) being the part that is assembled by connecting to the profile slot on the lower body (1) and to the profile slot on the upper body (4).

It is a mill roller hopper that provides ease of installation and control as per Claim 1 , and it is characterized by the said body profile containing a dust suction nozzle (3.1 ) that enables the small-sized pieces in the product fed into the roller to be transferred directly from the product to the roller outlet.

It is a mill roller hopper that provides ease of installation and control as per Claim 1 , and it is characterized by the said dust suction nozzle (3.1 ) being the section that enables the transfer of small-sized products in the grain fed to the roller into the body profile (3) with the suction power and from there to the roller outlet.

It is a mill roller hopper that provides ease of installation and control as per Claim 1 , and it is characterized by the said monolithic upper body (4) being a part manufactured preferably from cast material, in such a way that it contains connection holes that allow bolted assembly of the cover sheet (6) and other equipment onto it.

10. It is a mill roller hopper that provides ease of installation and control as per Claim 1 , and it is characterized by the said upper body (4) containing at least one profile slot on it, where the body profile (3) can be positioned for connection.

11. It is a mill roller hopper that provides ease of installation and control as per Claim 1 , and it is characterized by the said lighting fixture (5) being the part manufactured monolithically between two body profiles

(3) to continue along the edges and connected over the upper body

(4).

12. It is a mill roller hopper which provides ease of installation and control as per Claim 1 , and it is characterized by the said lighting fixture (5) being the part that is connected separately on both sides of the upper body (4).

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to the developments made for easy installation and easy product flow control in the roller hopper forming the product entry part of the mill rollers used in grain grinding systems. The main body of the developed roller hopper is manufactured preferably from cast material, allowing easy installation with bolts and has a luminous indicator positioned on it to be visible from all angles and remotely around the roller.

PRIOR ART

It is of great importance that a good control system has been established at all stages of the process and that the controls are meticulously carried out in order to ensure high end product quality in grain grinding systems.

In the grain mills, the grain that pass through the preparation processes before cleaning and grinding are fed into the mill rollers, and crushed in the desired sieve size through the grinding rollers and transferred to the sieves. Necessary controls in the mill roller start from the hopper part where the product enters the roller, and continue at all stages within the roller.

The grain entering the mill roller from the roller hopper section must be transferred to the crushing cylinders in the roller with a continuous flow without any blockage. In case of any blockage or similar malfunctions that may occur in the roller hopper, the problem is detected by the automation system to which the mill roller is connected and by visual control on the machine, and the necessary action is taken to eliminate the malfunction. Considering the existing mill capacities, many rollers are positioned side by side in the same section in the mill facilities and in case of a malfunction in any roller, it is difficult to determine the location on the machine. Although audible warning alarms are used in case of machine malfunction in the existing mill rollers, considering the production speed, the need for a very short response emerges. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Mill roller hopper, which is the subject of the invention, has been developed to provide easy installation of the roller hopper, where the grain to be grinded enters into the mill roller, and to provide visual warning lighting, regarding the working condition of the roller during operation, visible from a wide angle.

In the developed mill roller hopper, the lower body (1 ) and upper body (4) parts are preferably manufactured as one-piece cast material, allowing direct bolted assembling.

In the developed mill roller hopper, the connection between the lower body (1 ) and the upper body (4) is provided by the body profile (3). Thus, the lower body (1 ), body profile (3) and upper body (4) are easily assembled to each other and onto the roller body.

In the developed mill roller nose, the lighting fixture (5) connected on the upper body (4) is positioned circumferentially on the upper body (4) so that it can be seen from a wide angle. Thus, visual information about the working status of the mill roller is visible from a wide angle and from a distance.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Mill roller hopper facilitating installation and control, which is the subject of the invention, developed for easy assembling of the mill roller hopper used for grain grinding on the roller body and for easy accessibility of the information regarding the operating status of the roller during use contains monolithic lower body (1 ), monolithic inspection glass (2), Body profile manufactured in hollow structure (3), monolithic upper body (4), monolithic lighting fixture (5) connected on the upper body (4), Cover plate (6) that allows the upper part of the hopper to be covered and the parts and the sections of the hopper separator (7), which enables the inner part of the hopper to be divided into two separate sections.

The lower body (1 ) developed in the mill roller hopper facilitating installation and control, which is the subject of the invention, is the monolithic part preferably made of cast material containing connection holes that allow bolt mounting of the body (1 ) onto the roller body. There is at least one profile slot on the lower body (1) where the body profile (3) will be positioned for connection.

The inspection glass (2) developed in the mill roller hopper facilitating installation and control, which is the subject of the invention, is the monolithic part manufactured with corner turns between the lower body (1) and the upper body (4) and between the two body profiles (3) and connected on the hopper.

The body profile (3) developed in the mill roller hopper facilitating installation and control, which is the subject of the invention, is the part manufactured in a hollow structure and connected between the lower body (1) and the upper body (4). The body profile (3) is the part that is assembled by connecting to the profile slot on the lower body (1 ) and to the profile slot on the upper body (4). There is a dust suction nozzle (3.1) on the body profile (3), which enables small-sized pieces in the product fed into the roll to be transferred directly from the product to the roller outlet. The dust suction nozzle (3.1) is the section that enables the transfer of the small-sized products contained in the grain fed to the roller into the body profile (3) and from there to the roller outlet.

The upper body (4) developed in the mill roller hopper facilitating installation and control, which is the subject of the invention, is the monolithic part, preferably made of cast material, containing connection holes that allow bolted installation of the cover plate (6) and other equipment. There is at least one profile slot on the upper body (4), where the body profile (3) will be positioned for connection.

The lighting fixture (5) developed in the miller roller hopper facilitating installation and control, which is the subject of the invention, is the monolithic part connected on the upper body (4) that continues along the edges between the two body profiles (3). The lighting fixture (5) is the part that is connected separately on both sides of the upper body (4). Lighting fixture (5) contains the part and sections of the reflection surface (5.1 ) that enables the light to be seen in the form of a beam depending on the reflection of the light coming from the light source (5.2), and preferably the light source (5.2) formed by the LED (Light Emitting Diode) circuit element.

The lighting fixture (5) developed in the mill roller hopper facilitating installation and control, which is the subject of the invention, provides visual information about the operating status of the mill roller by providing lighting in different colours thanks to its positioning along the edges of the upper body (4) and between two body profiles (3). Separate warning lighting is obtained for two different grinding passages separated by the hopper separator (7) in the roller hopper thanks to the lighting fixture (5) connected separately on both sides on the upper body (4). Thus, in case of any malfunction occurring in the mill roller or elsewhere, on which grinding passage side of the roller the problem occurred can be easily understood visually from a distance. Thus, in case of any malfunction, the problematic roller can quickly be detected especially in the areas where many mill rollers are located as shown in Figure 5, and intervention can be made in a short time and the production disruption can be eliminated quickly.
