Abstract:
A milled steel fiber and an application thereof in ultra-high performance concrete and wear-resistant terrace. The steel fiber is obtained by milling a high-strength steel ingot or a steel plate, a cross section of the steel fiber is arc-shaped or approximately rectangular, upper and lower surfaces of the steel fiber or a full surface thereof are or is rough, end hooks are provided at two ends, the length of the steel fiber is 12-22 mm, the cross-sectional width is 2-3 mm, the cross-sectional thickness is 0.2-0.4 mm, the length of the end hook is 1-2 mm, and the tensile strength of the steel fiber is 1500-2500 MPa. A body of the steel fiber may be straight, arched or wavy, and an anti-corrosion layer is provided on the surface thereof. The milled steel fiber overcomes the disadvantages of the excessively low tensile strength and poor toughness of an ordinary milled steel fiber; and compared with a traditional microwire steel fiber, the milled steel fiber has the characteristics of a high bonding strength, a strong mechanical biting force, etc., can effectively improve the initial cracking strength of the ultra-high performance concrete, can further improve the structural durability, and is preferably applied in the fields of ultra-high performance concrete and ultra-high performance concrete wear-resistant terraces.
