Abstract:
Provided is a millimeter wave antenna exhibiting excellent antenna gain, low radiation loss, and low permittivity and dielectric loss in a high-frequency band. In addition, provided is a millimeter wave antenna disposed on a display, exhibiting excellent antenna gain and low radiation loss, combining a somewhat high permittivity in a low-frequency band with a low permittivity and a low dielectric loss in a high-frequency band, and whereby the sensitivity of a touch sensor is also secured. This millimeter wave antenna 1A comprises a cover member 12, an adhesive layer 10, and a base plate 11, which are layered in this order. The base plate 11 comprises an antenna element 2 on at least one surface thereof. The adhesive layer 10 is layered on the surface of the base plate 11 on the side provided with the antenna element 2. The permittivity of the adhesive layer 10 at 28 GHz frequency or 60 GHz frequency is 2 to 5. The dielectric loss of the adhesive layer 10 at 28 GHz or 60 GHz frequency is 0.0001 to 0.05.
