Description:
MINI-FACTORY PRODUCING PIPES OUT OF OVERAGE AUTOMOBILE TIRES

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention regards to the field of automobile utilization and production, out of them, of building structures, namely, various purpose pipes, for example, drain and sewerage pipes, pipes for road crossings, etc.

BACKGROUND ART

Various trends of overage automobile tire utiliza- tion and facilities for their existence are known.

One of the known trends of the overage automobile tire utilization is the cryogenic crushing of overage automobile tires. The crumb obtained in such manner is used in the road and building site construction as well as in manufacturing of elastic plates (The journal "Caoutchouc and Rubber", No.4, 1992, page 23).

A work by the "Organicon" (Germany) company is known for the production of sound-insulating shields alond motor-ways. One side-frame is to be removed from the tires, after that the tires are being coupled and filled with earth, consequently a downtake is being formed, which can be wooded (The journal "Motor Serv.", 1985, Vol.32, No.9, pp.5-6).

The "Terramat" (USA) company uses waste tires for the construction of road, embankments, log-roads.

The tire side-frames, which have been cut, are to be fixed together by means of strong parts made of stainless steel (The journal "Tire Rev", 1989, Vol.89, No.7, p.34) .

A manufacturing technique is known for the pipes of various purposes (for example, drain and sewerage pipes, etc., according to the invention patent of the Russian Federation No. 203674, MKI 6 F16L 11/00, the priority dated 10.06.92) made out of overage automobile tires, which includes the following. The pipe is being assembled out of waste automobile tires by means of roving of metal couplings through the holes in the tire side-frames. After that, the pipe is to be squeezed from the edges releasing the coupling ends and fixed. On the tire side-frames, additional holes are also being made for coupling by distributing them on the circumferences concentric to the pipe axis with the displacement relative to the holes for the couplings.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION

The object of the invention is to create a mini- -factory producing the pipes mentioned above. The task formulated is to be solved using the fact that the mini-factory producing pipes out of overage automobile tires contains an installation for the tire feeding into the working zone, a facility for making holes in the tire side-frames, at least one base guide for the pipe formation, a tool for setting reinforce¬ ment into the pipe, a device for squeezing of the pipe and the device for the tire fixation on the reinforce¬ ment as well as the device for removal of the finished pipe from the working zone, all the above mentioned fa- cilities being installed in the technological sequence. The base guide for the pipe formation can be made in the form of a horizontally oriented rod, one end of which is rigidly clamped at the frame, with rod being installed as to the guides at the height on the basis

of the following condition:

H > d + h + h τ , where

H - the height of the rod installation; d - the setting automobile tire diameter; h - the height of the biggest of automobile tires being processed; h τ - the trolley height.

The device for squeezing the pipe can be installed on the horizontal rod. The mini-factory can be additi- onally equipped with a tire stripping device as well as a tire cutting device.

In necessary cases, the mini-factory can be equip¬ ped with a drain filter formation device.

The invention of the applied design allows to create a closed cycle for processing overage automobile tires into finished building structures, namely, pipes of various purposes.

The provision of the mini-factory with the tire stripping device allows to strip a residue protector layer from the tires. The thing is that the availabili¬ ty of the protector on the tire does not affect quali¬ tative characteristics of the pipe being manufactured but only increases its weight, therefore, in necessary cases, the protector can be removed by means of the tire stripping device. The rubber crumb formed as a result of the protector stripping can serve as an extra raw material for the rubber industry, which facilitates a more deep tire processing.

In order to manufacture the pipes with a higher rigidity, the tires are to be halved in the rotation plane by means of the tire cutting device, and then the pipe is being formed by inserting the tire halves obtained into each other (into "the cup").

The provision of the mini-factory with the drain

filer formation device allows to increase the nomencla¬ ture of the pipes being manufactured at the expense of production of the various purpose pipes.

The making of the base guide in the form of a horizontally oriented rod, one of the ends of which is rigidly clamped on the frame, allows to thread tires onto the other rod end for the formation of the pipe.

The selection of the rod installation height allows to form the pipe out of the tires with any setting diameters the same for each separate pipe. In addition, the tire height and the protector wear degree in each pipe can be different.

The installation of the pipe squeezing device on the horizontal rod allows to manufacture the mini- -factory in very compact dimensions.
