Abstract:
A miniature circuit breaker capable of rapid breaking. The miniature circuit breaker comprises a miniature circuit breaker body, a current transformer CT1, a zero sequence current transformer CT2 and a smart controller module. A main arc extinguishing chamber, a static contact, a movable contact, a tripping mechanism and a magnetic tripping push rod are arranged within the miniature circuit breaker body, the tripping mechanism comprising a lock catch, a movable contact rocker arm, a jump catch, a connecting rod and a tension spring. A rotary hinge-type repulsion structure is used between the static contact and the movable contact, the movable contact is mounted on the tripping mechanism via a pin shaft, and the magnetic tripping push rod is arranged beneath the tripping mechanism. A torsion spring used for pressing the movable contact on the static contact is also arranged on the tripping mechanism, the torsion spring being arranged on the movable contact and the movable contact rocker arm via a pin shaft. A shunt tripping device controlling a switch of the miniature circuit breaker to be disconnected is arranged within the smart controller module. The present invention is applied at an end of a power distribution system, has the advantages of a small volume, low energy consumption and a high short circuit breaking capacity, and is able to implement selective protection of an end power distribution system.
