Abstract:
The present invention includes: a manipulative handle part (2) that a user manipulates inside a body cavity; a treatment part (3) that is inserted into the body cavity and replaceably holds a prescribed surgical instrument which is manipulated by the manipulative part; and a link part (4) that is provided between the manipulative handle part and the treatment part to place the surgical instrument held by the treatment part in a desired location in the body cavity in a desired posture. The link part includes: at least two connection parts (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b) that compose joints (7, 8) that are connected in series in the longitudinal axis direction of the link part and enable rotation about the longitudinal axis or about an axis that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis; and a link part control mechanism that opens or constrains the angle about the longitudinal axis of the joints and/or the angle about the axis that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis by moving the two or more connection parts in a direction toward or away from each other to thereby place the treatment part in the desired location in the body cavity in the desired posture.
