Abstract:
Provided are a minimally invasive surgical robot and end integrated gripper thereof; the end integrated gripper comprises a wrist joint, a first clamp, a second clamp, and a flexible encapsulation film; each of the first clamp and the second clamp is hingedly connected to the wrist joint; when the first clamp and the second clamp grip a foreign object, the flexible encapsulation film undergoes elastic deformation under the action of an external object to elastically grip a foreign object such as tissue or organ; the flexible encapsulation film covers the outer periphery of the detection part, causing the elastic encapsulation film to fix the detection part to the first clamp and the second clamp, respectively, in an integrated manner, protecting the detection part from liquids such as body fluids and disinfectant solutions, ensuring detection accuracy; the detection part contains a connecting line which passes through the wrist joint, and the encapsulation of the detection part enables the solder joints of the connecting line also to be encapsulated by the flexible encapsulation film, effectively reducing the number of connection lines, avoiding the exposure of the solder joints of the connecting line, and reducing electromagnetic interference with the connecting line, such that the connection line can transmit signals stably; therefore the surgical procedure is safer.
