Abstract:
Disclosed are a mining drill and a dust removal device therefor. The mining drill comprises a drill rotary device (1) and a drill rod (2), and during operation, the drill rotary device (1) drives the drill rod (2) to drill so as to perform drilling work. The dust removal device comprises: a dust collection cover (10), the dust collection cover (10) being arranged corresponding to the drill rod (2); a cyclone dust remover (20), an air inlet of the cyclone dust remover (20) being connected to the dust collection cover (10) by means of a dust removal conduit (40); and an exhaust fan (30), an air suction port of the exhaust fan (30) being connected to an air outlet of the cyclone dust remover (20) by means of the dust removal conduit (40), the exhaust fan (30) being in power connection with the drill rotary device (1) by means of a transmission mechanism (50), and during operation, the drill rotary device (1) driving the exhaust fan to operate so as to suck ,into the cyclone dust remover, dusty air generated by the drilling of the drill rod (2) at the dust collection cover (10) for dust removal, and to suck the air, which has been subjected to dust removal, into the exhaust fan to be exhausted via an exhaust outlet of the exhaust fan. The device can ensure the effect of dust removal, simplifies the structure of the mining drill and improves the flexibility and use convenience of the mining drill.
